NBA Play-In Tournemant


Last season the NBA halted play on March 11th, 2020. The season resumed in the bubble and the Los Angeles Lakers were eventually crowned champions. Playing in and adjusting to bubble life wasn’t the only different part of last year’s Coronavirus impacted NBA season. The NBA also implemented a “play-in tournament,” prior to the playoffs, which had the eighth and ninth seeds of both conferences squaring off to fight for a playoff berth. The play-in tournament kicked off competition in the playoffs.

FootBlog- Manchester City vs Borrusia Dortmund by JP Ward

Yesterday, Manchester City and Borussia Dortmund faced off in the first leg of the Champions League Quarterfinal. Ahead of the game, it seemed to be a good matchup as both clubs have done well in there respective leagues in recent years. Manchester City have had a great season and are first in the Premier League (ahead by 13 points), while Dortmund sit fifth in the German league. Manchester City have an all round good squad with the likes of Belgian superstar Kevin De Bruyne and the world class manager Pep Guardiola. Dortmund’s team is pretty decent throughout but their main star is Erling Haaland who at the moment seems to be one of the best players in the world. City were the favorites before the game started but many pundits had doubts as they always seem to make it this far and give up.

5. Trey Sermon-Ohio State

Although Sermon’s receiving skills are not very good he has the potential to be a great guy to hand the ball off to I’m red zone situations. One really big downside about Sermon is his speed. He has average speed and in today’s NFL you usually need to be pretty fast to be a top tier running back. At 6 foot 1 215 pounds I think that Sermon could be someone like Mark Ingram.

Despite all-time great Tiger Woods’ absence from the list of competitors, this Masters is looking to be one to remember. I’ll detail the betting favorite, fan pick, dark-horse candidate and make more predictions for this year’s tournament below!
