Letter to Papa from Gilleje, uncle Henriks place

Write a letter from Annemarie to Papa describing the events when the German soldiers entered the house. Be sure to describe the emotions and fear she may have felt. In blog or on Google Docs.

Dear Papa,

today was scary, a group of Nazis in their oh so shiny shoes and pointed guns stormed in and almost found the clothes and blanket in the casket. I was really scared and worried if they would take Ellen and her parents away. Though I won't tell you about what she said in case the nazis read it. I hope work is good.

Love,

Annemarie  Johansson

Guess (not really)

I think "There are a lot of cigarettes available" means the Jews in Denmark and "Is the weather good for fishing" means is it safe to find Jews.

and I do not know all of this it is a educated guess from knowing the book.

The air is cleaner, I have more time to play outside even when in school. If I'm not I'm always playing on my switch or always reading. People can develop more imunne cells with all this quarantine. Family's can spend more time with their loved ones, or just snack with some butter and buns. The homework is low and we can all agree that less homework is a real blow(In a Positive way). The ozone layer can build up with out all this methane.

I think Annemarie felt scared and nervous, I can back this up with pg. 45 '" Ellen," she whispered urgently, "take your necklace off!"' And pg. 'terrified, both girls looked up'. And On pg.47 she felt both scared and nervous, '"or maybe you got her from someone else?" The officer said with a sneer. "From the Rosens?"
